What you give up, and what you get
You give up self-hosting, heatmaps, session recordings, goals, and a raw log of IP addresses. You get visitors, pages, referrers, campaigns, events, a one-minute live list, and HTTPS checks for uptime, SSL, and response time. Country is stored. The address used for that lookup is not.
Use case. An agency that does not want to patch and back up an analytics server uses one workspace and a key per client site.
Limits
- There is no on-premise edition.
- Team seats and a separate client login are not included.
- Website slots depend on the plan: 1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, 10 on Business, and 10 or more on Enterprise.
